    Tired of delivering 300 small envelopes a day? Switch to Amazon XL. Paragon Logistics is a premier Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) specializing in "Big & Bulky" deliveries. Instead of a van, you’ll lead a 2-person team in a 26' Box Truck. Better pay, a dedicated helper, and local routes.

    The Pay & "Instant Cash" Perks

    • Overtime: $35.63/hr (Steady OT available)

    What a Typical Day Looks Like

    • Load & Go: Meet your helper at the station, check your Amazon-branded truck, and head out.
    • Team Lift: You and your partner deliver and occasionally install large items (50–300 lbs).
    • Customer Smiles: Be the pro who delivers the "big" stuff that makes a customer’s home complete.

    Requirements

    • Age: 21+ with a valid U.S. Driver’s License (Class E required in MO).
    • Physicality: Must be comfortable with heavy lifting/moving as part of a team.
    • Record: Clean driving record and ability to pass a background/drug screen.
    • DOT: Must have or be willing to obtain a DOT Medical Card (we assist with this!).
