$19-$20 per hour starting rate + performance bonus potential.

What you’ll do

Key Responsibilities | Drive (26′ non-CDL box truck) • Complete pre-/post-trip inspections • Pick up & deliver palletized freight across Greater Cleveland • Operate liftgate & pallet jack; secure loads safely Warehouse Ops | • Receive, stage, and put away inbound pallets • Pick orders & load outbound trucks • Perform monthly cycle counts and inventory corrections • Operate forklift & reach truck daily Team & Safety • Maintain a clean cab and dock area • Follow all OSHA & DOT regulations, including random drug/alcohol testing • Collaborate with dispatch & warehouse lead to hit on-time KPIs

What you’ll bring

1+ years recent experience driving a 26-foot box truck on local routes.

Current forklift & reach-truck certification (or ability to certify on day 1).

Experience with a Warehouse Management System (Ramp) would be a plus.

Valid state driver’s license, clean MVR, and active DOT medical card.

Comfort using pallet jacks, RF scanners, and basic warehouse software.

Ability to lift 50 lbs safely and work in a fast-paced dock environment.
