Position Overview:
We're looking for a dependable Box Truck Driver to transport and handle event equipment for our team. This role involves safely operating box trucks (up to 26') to deliver equipment from our warehouse to hotels, venues, and event spaces across the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. You'll work both independently and alongside our production teams to ensure equipment arrives safely and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate non-CDL box trucks (up to 26') to transport event equipment

• Load and unload road cases and gear (most on wheels) with attention to care and safety

• Lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs to shoulder height when needed

• Use lift gates, ramps, and dollies to move cases safely

• Collaborate with on-site teams and, at times, work independently

• Ensure all equipment is securely packed and handled properly during transport

• Complete basic pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections

Requirements:

• Must be 25+ years old with a valid driver's license

• Clean driving record (required)

• Previous experience with box trucks preferred

• Ability to safely lift 50 lbs to shoulder height and maneuver heavy road cases

• Strong focus on safety, professionalism, and attention to detail

• Comfortable with long shifts (10–14 hours) on Saturdays

• Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented mindset
