    What You'll Do

    As a Box Truck Hauler , you'll play a key role in keeping our harvest operations running smoothly by safely transporting fresh product from the fields to cooling facilities.

    Your day-to-day will include:

    • Safely operating a box truck between field locations and packing facilities
    • Loading and unloading product with care and accuracy
    • Performing pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
    • Keeping the truck and work areas clean and organized
    • Supporting the harvest team with general tasks and product staging
    • Following all safety guidelines, including proper PPE use
    • Communicating with your supervisor on routes, delays, or issues
    • Completing logs and paperwork accurately and on time

    ✅ What We're Looking For

    • Experience driving a box truck or similar vehicle (preferred)
    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
    • Must be 18 years or older
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
    • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

    Work Environment

    • Active role: standing, walking, and sitting throughout the day
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
    • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, etc.)
