We also own and operate three fitness boxing clubs in Kansas, Missouri and Florida as well as we operate a digital subscription service under the brand - TITLE Boxing Club On Demand. Description:
The Social Media and Content Manager will work with TITLE Boxing Club across the physical studios and digital product. They will focus on growing our social media presence as well as with liaising team members, franchisee partners and members for content, brand storytelling opportunities, feedback and other efforts across the business.
You’ll be driven by creating compelling content, passionate about telling great stories and meeting new people, creative, resourceful and highly-organized.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Own all social media posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok, including content ideation, budget planning, implementation schedules and posting.
Grow and expand brand social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms.
Ensure brand consistency in social media messages by working with various company department members, including product development and marketing.
Oversee lead outreach and direct message strategy as well as engage with comments.
Oversee influencer strategy and outreach to create lasting relationships to grow the brand.
Collaborate and communicate with franchisee partners and their employees/members to collect content that represents the national system.
Take images and video when needed.
Provide training and guidance to franchisee partners on social media implementation best practices and strategies.
Obsess over social media trends and continue to evolve highly relevant social content as well as research and monitor activity of company competitors.
Work with team to plan photoshoots across both brands to create compelling assets.
Attend and capture major brand events.
Collect and track Coach and boxer stories and contact information, then lead outreach for brand storytelling videos and blog posts.

Assist with identifying opportunities for fresh content across the website and paid advertisement
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience of content creation and/or community management
Must be able to think editorially and have a strong instinct for creative storytelling
Ability to quickly take, edit and retouch content
Ability to edit video is a big plus
Knowledge of relevant and trending photo editing apps and/or adobe photoshop
Must be highly organized and comfortable with managing multiple schedules, requesting content rights, and have excellent communication and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure and oversee multiple projects independently
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
