    Position Overview

    As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for regularly servicing equipment and overseeing all repair/maintenance needs. Your goal is to make sure our studio’s accommodations remain problem-free, safe, and well maintained so both employees and boxers get the best experience possible.

    This is a part-time position (15-20 hours per week) that will require work on-site between our three BoxUnion locations in the greater Los Angeles area.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    · Work directly with the District Manager on all studio-level facility-related matters

    · Personally fix all facility issues possible or coordinate external support if needed

    · Participate in monthly facility walkthroughs with the District Manager

    · Communicate with the District Manager on equipment and materials needed to guarantee the studio follows established brand standards

    · Provide ongoing maintenance and service of heavy bags and other studio equipment

    · Track and log the status of all equipment being serviced

    · Travel to all locations weekly and communicate travel schedule to District and Studio Management

    · Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the studios

    · Oversee delivery and transfer of inventory, both retail and cleaning, to the studios

    · Additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership

    Qualifications

    · A passion for the fitness industry and helping people live healthy lives

    · 1-2 years of facility management experience required

    · Previous experience in a fitness environment required

    · Experience in a boxing environment preferred

    · Dedicated work ethic

    · Strong organization skills

    Education

    · High school diploma or GED

    Physical Requirements

    · Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds

    · Physical effort required for daily duties includes lifting, squatting, bending, reaching, and prolonged standing and walking throughout the studio

    · Must be able to dedicate 15-20 hours per week to this role including some early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays

    · Must be able to perform work in a variety of weather conditions
