BoxUnion founded in 2016 is a fitness boxing brand that owns and operates three studios in Los Angeles, CA, as well as a digital subscription service called BoxUnion Digital. At BoxUnion, we utilize our BOX TO THE BEAT methodology, which uses BPM theory to pair music with movement to drive a hyper-efficient workout and fun experience. BoxUnion is looking for a Sales Associate to join one of our premier studios in Los Angeles, CA. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the fitness industry and interested in being part of a dynamic team that continues to positively affect the fitness journey for our members!
You will provide a great customer experience for our members and participate in the operation and success of the fitness studio by building relationships with our members and the community.
Role Responsibilities:
Build community relationships using company provided tools/programs. (i.e., community outreach/local promotions, corporate sales on-sites)
Assist with all sales and operations processes with prospective members
Generate new leads and reach out to potential new members while continuing to build relationships with existing members
Assist members with enrollment into subscriptions and classes
Provide a high level of customer service and community building when communicating and interacting with guests
Assist in maintaining a clean and operational facility that meets and/or exceeds BoxUnion’s standards
To succeed in this role, you will need
Have an affinity and passion for fitness, wellness, and working with others
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Team player
Willing and able to work mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
No boxing experience required!
Additional Qualifications
HS Diploma; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word and Excel)
