Training & development

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for lead management across our Box Union studios, as well as our owned & operated TITLE Boxing Clubs, with energy, enthusiasm, and excellent service. Candidates MUST RESIDES IN ONE OF THESE STATES: CA, TX, FL, MN, TN, AR, NH, MD, or KS.

Roles & Responsibilities • Answer inbound and make outbound calls • Answer and send texts/emails • Book prospects into their first class and ensure that they show to their first class • Re-book prospects that didn’t show to their first class • Reach out to ‘Drop-Ins’ to gather more information • Document and update customer records based on interactions • Manage and resolve new customer inquiries • Provide product and service information to new customers • Monitor Call Center KPIs and suggest improvements • Regularly follow up with prospects as needed

Requirements • Previous experience in a customer support role (call center experience is a plus) • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish

• Strong phone and verbal communication skills, as well as active listening • Detail-oriented • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively • Flexibility to work in shifts • Patience and ability to manage stress • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and strong negotiation skills • Understanding of the BoxUnion and TITLE Boxing Club product and experience • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
