Digital Marketing Manager
We’re seeking a passionate Digital Marketing Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset who’s excited to plan, manage and optimize organic and performance marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth for the digital arm of our business. This role will be responsible for overseeing the growth of both our at-home subscription fitness products for TITLE Boxing Club On-Demand and BoxUnion Digital. In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage and scale digital marketing campaigns to hit growth targets, as well as oversee the marketing evolution of both digital brands. This includes managing paid and organic marketing strategy as well as building and scaling new and innovative user-acquisition channels in order to drive trial signups, secure new paid memberships, and retain members.
Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
Manage paid marketing agencies to target new audiences and gain new free trial users while striving for agreed-upon campaign targets
Work collaboratively with the content team in order to create and iterate display, video, text, and animated content (they will do all the creation while you are the project manager)
Oversee engagement drip campaigns to convert free trial candidates to paid customers, as well as retention and win backs
Initiate member research and analyze operational data to identify behavioral cues, understand consumer mindset/barriers and develop subscriber-communications campaigns across both brands
Drive segmentation, targeting, personalization and relevancy tactics to improve engagement and conversion across owned marketing channels (email, in-app, push and SMS)
Build weekly email campaigns for conversion, retention and win backs
Oversee website for both brands including monthly audits, tracking performance metrics and making content recommendations to continuously improve the merchandising of the product
Coordinate with the events team to plan and execute events and partnerships
Jump into new, related marketing projects as they come up to drive both brands
Oversee 12-month marketing calendar for streaming video products, including cause marketing, themes and promotions
Manage paid marketing agencies to target new audiences and gain new free trial users (and ultimately paid subscribers) while striving for agreed-upon campaign targets
Own and build weekly email outreach, including content drops, events and more
Work collaboratively with the content team in order to create and iterate display, video, text, and animated content
Oversee automated drip campaigns to convert free trial candidates to paid customers, as well as retention and win backs. Launch, analyze and optimize campaigns for maximum.
Initiate member research and analyze operational data to identify behavioral cues, understand consumer mindset/barriers and develop subscriber-communications campaigns across both brands
Drive segmentation, targeting, personalization and relevancy tactics to improve engagement and conversion across owned marketing channels (email, in-app, push and SMS)
Work with content team to plan photoshoots and other asset creation
Work with owned and operated clubs and franchise partners to identify cross promotion opportunities
Oversee website for both brands including monthly audits, tracking performance metrics and making content recommendations to continuously improve the merchandising of the products
Coordinate with the events team to plan and execute events and partnerships
Jump into new, related marketing projects as they come up to drive both brands

To succeed in this role, you will need:
2 - 5 years of experience in digital marketing
Ability to work in an interpersonal collaboration environment (teams and individuals request to work with you again)
Understanding of marketing psychology and concepts
Apply a data-driven, ‘test, learn & optimize’ approach to your work and recommendations
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with smart, highly motivated team members
Comfortable with both strategy and creative with the ability to execute, measure results and recommend changes
Ability to take on small creative projects - experience with Canva is a plus
Highly skilled written and verbal communication skills
Enthusiastic about fitness and providing products and content that promote wellness
Experience marketing a digital subscription or app is a plus
Experience with Emma email marketing platform is a plus
