Job Description

The successful candidate must recognize business/sales opportunities and prospects, then present solutions in a knowledgeable and professional manner. You should strive to increase sales volume and new customer base as well as, service existing customers, and generate repeat sales. The candidate must demonstrate a professional image of the brand at all times and ask for referrals to grow the business.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Stop and see every business on assigned route • Introduce the brand to businesses and explain the promotional materials and specials. • Build rapport with potential customers. • Explain versatility of the brand. • Introduce services provided. • Bring back business card and information needed to quote potential jobs. • Maintain a consistent and organized follow up system. • Follow up on all leads, pricing and prepare quotes. • Assist in operating and managing the store when needed. • Remarket areas every three months. • Deliver quotes in a timely fashion. • Maintain an organized, clean and professional store appearance at all times. (when asked)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Should have experience with sales and marketing of branded merchandise and promotional products.

• Must be computer knowledgeable and willing to learn to be proficient in various software programs.

• Must pass basic math and spelling tests.

• Must possess a good understanding of sales and marketing tactics.

• Should have excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Must have an outgoing personality and willingness to work with the public on a daily basis.

• Should be a self motivated individual, able to meet and exceed set targets.

• Digital marketing knowledge/experience is a plus

COMPENSATION

Compensation includes base pay and commission.
