Boxify Logistics, llc Immediate Openings: Delivery Associates (Drivers) for Amazon Boxify Logistics is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner looking to hire both full-time and part-time delivery associates to join our dynamic and growing team! This job is based out of Edwardsville, IL. Branded Amazon vehicle and uniform provided. Compensation Benefits: • $15/hour with the ability to earn more as you progress • Health insurance • Earn performance-based individual and team bonuses • Approved overtime pay • Referral bonus upon successful completion of referral’s 90-day employment period Responsibilities: YOU’LL BE ABLE TO: • Have a meaningful impact on the company’s future, and share in the rewards accordingly • Follow best practices for safety, both on the road and while loading or unloading a vehicle • Work in a fun, supportive, fast-paced environment • Work independently • Set and execute delivery goals in a timely manner • Load and unload cargo---lifting and carrying 50 lbs. without assistance • Deliver 200+ Amazon packages a day • Communicate with dispatchers, drivers and other team members to make efficient deliveries • Work weekends (MANDATORY) • Work 8-10 hour shifts Qualifications: BASIC REQUIREMENTS: • Eligible to work in the US • At least 21 years of age • Consent to a five-panel drug test • Must have a valid driver’s license • Available weekends PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • At least one (1) year of package delivery experience • Customer service experience • Class-E License$15 per hour COMPENSATION: Compensation: 15.00 - 15.00 hourly
