Job Description

Boyd Homes is seeking a motivated individual who would like to join our hard-working team! An Accounts Payable Clerk is needed for our corporate office in Virginia Beach, VA. $1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS!

Responsibilities:

• Receives incoming invoices, subcontractor agreements, AIAs, purchase orders and lien waivers and ensures these documents are routed to the appropriate channels in a timely and organized fashion.
• Assists Accounts Payable Department in identifying discrepancies regarding past due invoices.
• Monitors workflows, coordinates with project managers, purchase coordinators and the Vice President of Construction to ensure invoices, subcontractor agreements and purchase orders are being accurately processed.
• Obtains lien waiver signatures for future vendor payments.
• Receives incoming e-mails and re-routes them accordingly.
• Assists with administrative tasks and front desk duties as required.
• Perform all other tasks as assigned.
