    JOB TITLE: E-COMMERCE ACCOUNT MANAGER REPORTS TO: E COMMERCE SALES MANAGER

    Position Summary: implements programs, builds and maintains relationships, and processes that drive sales for our fast-growing eCommerce customers. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day account management and support of e commerce customers and requires a self-starter who enjoys an ever changing and exciting environment.

    Accountabilities:

    • Help define and drive ecommerce customer business objectives

    • Develop specific business plans, strategies, and goals; identifying growth opportunities based on an understanding of the customers platform

    • Build a partnership with Account buying teams and attend key meetings to grow their business

    • Deploy best practices for Merchandising and Promotions Planning

    • Collaborate with Digital Media and Content Lead on customer-specific digital media creative / copy

    • Ensure product keyword listings, product page content, etc. are optimized for search rankings

    • Build organizational support and alignment necessary to drive account needs

    • Develop annual eCommerce business plans and targets for accounts and secure Customer Service Team alignment and support

    • Utilize Retail Analytics tools to manage platform performance, including paid and organic search ranking, retail price movements, and competitive dynamics

    • Manage item catalog, including item level management, new item setup, product detail page optimization, and site audits

    • Negotiate annual customer business plans

    Skills Needed:

    • 2 year AA Degree • 2-5 years related work experience

    • E commerce sales and marketing experience

    • Ability to make fast decisions and operate in a test-and-learn environment

    . • Positive attitude and ability to be coached

    Skills Preferred:

    • Experience managing eCommerce platforms/ businesses • Negotiation (Customer Contracts, Annual Terms, Promotional Engagements) • Category Management (Pricing Analysis, Assortment Analysis, Market Share Analysis) • Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Formatting)
