The I&C Business Unit (ICBU) focuses on the modernization of critical plant systems to support improved reliability, safety, and extended plant life. Within the ICBU, we are seeking a Manager of the I&C Products, Industrialization, and Development Organization (ICTU), which primarily focuses on Product Engineering and Manufacturing of all I&C products out of North America.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

OVERSIGHT OF THE FOLLOWING I&C GROUPS:

• ICTUE - Specialty Products
• ICTUM - Safety and Product Manufacturing
• ICTNMU - NI Manufacturing
• ICTUT - Platform Product Management
• ICU Chief Engineer
• Research & Development Program Manager for I&C North America
• Capital Program Manager for I&C North America

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Product Support Program Manager for I&C North America
• Patent coordinator for I&C North America
• Product and Solution Collegiality team member representing North America
• ICU staff team member
• All other typical administrative functions addressing organizational and group goals and budgets, operational excellence programs, performance reviews, project reviews, "expert" designations, standard reviews, and safety, quality, and delivery related objectives.

ALL CANDIDATES MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY.  CANDIDATES WHO EXCEED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS MAY BE CONSIDERED FOR A HIGHER LEVEL POSITION.

•BS in Engineering/Engineering Tech. plus 15 years of engineering experience. An advanced degree may be substituted for related experience. (MBA/MS 1-2yrs. or PhD 1-3 yrs.). •Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. •Strong analytical ability and demonstrated problem identification and problem resolution skills. •Experience involving I&C software and hardware integration. • Demonstrated soft skills including team management, integration and effective implementation of applicable functions from various support organizations, development of a team environment, and demonstration of a productive customer focused attitude. •Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management.

THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS ARE DESIRED AND WILL BE USED TO DIFFERENTIATE ALL CANDIDATES WHO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION: •I&C Hardware and/or Software Design experience. •Project Management and Project Engineering experience. •Management and leadership experience demonstrating the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects through subordinates. •Working knowledge of the ICTU products and processes. •Digital platform management experience.
