Schedule: Monday-Friday
Pay: $12/hour

Primary FunctionUnder the Supervision of the Unit Director, the Youth Development Professional promotes and stimulates program participation for our members. The primary focus of the work of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Kentuckiana is with and on behalf of children and youth to facilitate their personal, social, and educational development.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Implement and administer programs, services, and activities for members
Provide guidance and role modeling to members
Provide supervision to members to promote a healthy and safe environment
Job Requirements
High school degree or equivalent
An understanding of the needs and interests of young people
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Maintain a positive, friendly, and cooperative attitude at the worksite
High ethical standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced and loud environment
Ability to continuously move around the Club
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
Ability to navigate stairs (if located at our Parkland Club)
