Hourly Rate: $13.50-$15.00Schedule: Monday-Friday

Essential Job Responsibilities

· Generate oversight of the physical environment

· Register new members and participate in their Club orientation process

· Provide guidance and support for the Club staff

· Promote and capture membership attendance

· Increase visibility of Club programs by posting of weekly schedules and announcements of upcoming events

· Monitor and provide the proper staff/member ratio for the safety and security of Club environment

· Ensure a productive work environment by participating in weekly staff meetings.

Physical Requirements of the Work Environment

· Ability to work in a fast-paced and loud environment.

· Ability to continuously move around the Club.

· Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.

· Ability to navigate stairs

Qualifications

· High school degree or equivalent

· Minimum of 1-year experience in the operation of a Boys & Girls Club (or similar organization) preferred

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

· Maintain a positive, friendly, and cooperative attitude in the workplace

· High ethical standards

· Demonstrated knowledge of computers and other office related technology
