POSITION TITLE: Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant
REPORTS TO: Director of Finance and Administration
STATUS: Full-time Hourly/Non-Exempt

GENERAL SUMMARY:
Provide accounting/finance and administrative/office support to Director of Finance and Administration and Mission Support leadership team as outlined in job responsibilities below.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
ACCOUNTING/FINANCE
_Accounts Payable _
Input invoices received and payment requests into QuickBooks; prepare weekly check run
Mail bill payments and file payment material
Reconcile monthly expense accounts and draft YTD Club operations statements
Distribute and reconcile monthly credit card statements
Collect monthly inventory and USDA activity data
Retrieve monthly grant activity data
_Accounts Receivable/Deposits _
Collect & prepare weekly deposits from Club operations
Administer courier service to bank
Review daily bank deposit activity
Prepare bank reconciliation statements and draft investment summary
Collaborate on weekly MyClubHub membership receipting
Review monthly Club membership activity and reconcile with QuickBooks reports
ADMINISTRATIVE/OFFICE SUPPORT
Provide front desk reception support for Mission Support through phone administration and directing inquires
Prepare correspondence & generate reports as requested
Prepare materials for Board of Director meetings as needed
Schedule meetings as requested
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
Administer office materials and implement procurement procedures
Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Must be able to furnish a completed (2 dose, unless J&J) COVID-19 vaccination card on the 1st day of work - Required
Pass a National Criminal, Social Security, Local Criminal and National Sex Offender Registry Background Check – Required
Pass a Credit Check – Required
Bachelor’s Degree preferred with coursework in accounting and/or finance
Experience with accounting software
Proficient in MS Office Applications with emphasis on Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Solid written communication skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Excellent customer relation skills and ability to prioritize competing demands
Possess a valid driver’s license and proof of insurability
COMPENSATION: $19 PER HOUR + BENEFITS; MEDICAL/DENTAL/VISION
