Serve as a positive role model for children in the program supporting Boys & Girls Clubs of the Coastal Plain mission and vision.

Partner with Program Directors to design a diverse program within the Club@Home Experience.

Build monthly Club activities such as art, Teen engagement nights and virtual STEM programming across all Boys & Girls Clubs of the Coastal Plain.

Create an engaging environment that fosters a sense of belonging and welcoming to members

Support members in making positive behavior choices and take disciplinary measures when appropriate

Commit to a full-year program, demonstrated by arriving on time, every day and completing time cards appropriately

Participate in staff meetings and training as needed.

Maintain highest degree of confidentiality in staff, student and volunteer matters

Complies with organization and program policies and follows procedures

Perform other tasks as directed by Program Director.

Experience/Qualifications:

Associate’s degree preferred

Commitment to the mission and goals of Boys & Girls Clubs of the Coastal Plain.

Experience in a school or youth development program setting

Knowledge of effective youth enrichment activities to support mental, emotional and physical development

Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Technology skills for supporting the use of online educational tools and applications which includes Canva, WordPress and Microsoft Teams, or similar programs. Graphic design experience a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.
