Job Description
Fast-growing beverage manufacturer located in San Bernardino County is seeking an individual to support our Sales departments. This position will be an integral support of our various sales segments. Ideal candidate will be highly motivated, independent, detail-oriented with excellent communication skills that will complement an outstanding customer service-oriented company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle Consumer orders via the phone
- Handle needs of Food Service customers
- Support Sales Managers with sample requests and new lead follow up
- Sample Room Collateral Material Management including distribution of samples, literature, and other sales tools and follow up.Trade Show preparation including traveling and attendance
- Crosstrain for administrative duties of Export shipments and documentation
- Follow-up on all Email blasts and Trade show contacts
- CRM Software - Responsible for weekly sales tracking, monthly sales reports, sales lead management and account maintenance
REQUIREMENTS:
- Four (4) year accredited college degree
- Two - Three (2-3) years Sales/Customer Service Experience.
- Proficient in CRM software (preferably Sage CRM), Microsoft Office, accounting software, and general understanding of social media.
- A positive, professional, and proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a “team” culture.
- Attention to detail and accuracy using strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills in order to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently with minimal direction
- Background check and Pre-Employment Drug Screen and Physical including ability to occasionally lift-up to twenty (20) pounds required.
