    Reporting directly to the hardware manager, you’ll join a group of individuals that understands the true meaning of teamwork.

    Your charter’s components:

    1. With each hardware support case worked, develop subject matter expertise to aid teammates and customers.

    2. Interact with customers daily and exhibit the highest level of customer service.

    3. Embrace challenging problems - Diagnose and resolve hardware and software-related hardware issues through research, testing, and troubleshooting.

    4. Provide remote assistance for the installation and/or configuration of cables, operating systems, software, and/or other physical devices.

    5. Accurately process and thoroughly document all case activity.

    6. Use technical and analytical approaches to deliver outstanding service and support to end users via remote connections.

    PREVIOUS IT HELPDESK EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED!

    Logic, dependability, time management, initiative, a thirst for knowledge and a “can-do” attitude are some of the keys to success as a hardware support representative.

     

    Credit unions have many choices when it comes to core processing solutions.

    So, we must differentiate ourselves from our competitors– by both our service and persistence. Our hardware support team must achieve quality case resolutions within an acceptable timeframe while providing the customer with exemplary customer service.
