Bradford-Scott Data Corporation is seeking a SOFTWARE SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE to join our growing team. At Bradford-Scott, our outstanding support team members are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Our Software Support Representatives work in a call center environment while providing software support for Bradford-Scott Sharetec clients in the use, functionality, and understanding of our products.
IN THIS ROLE YOU CAN EXPECT TO:
- Ensure timely resolution of minor to complex client software issues through data analysis and functionality troubleshooting using resources available for resolving issues.
- Respond to client inquiries concerning system software and operator problems in a timely manner.
- Interact with clients to gather information about their software issue.
- Recommend or perform actions to correct problems.
- Regularly provide updates, status, and completion information to the client.
- Continually grow and increase your knowledge of the Sharetec product.
- Use Bradford-Scott’s client management system to create, track, and document details on the specifics of client issues.
- Communicate responsibly with all parties involved in issue resolution to meet and manage client expectations.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Software Support position, or in a position which demonstrates systems knowledge and experience is required.
- 1+ years of Credit Union/Banking industry experience (teller, lending, member services, etc.) OR basic troubleshooting/technical experience.
- Experience working independently and the ability to multi-task and deliver on performance expectations.
- Flexibility to work after-hours and/or participate in on-call rotation as needed.
PREFERRED SKILLS, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE:
- Associate degree or higher in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
- Credit union or other financial service industry work experience.
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills involving troubleshooting moderate to complex issues.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage one’s time.
- Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Strong analytical ability, especially in a technical environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven time management skills.
- Exceptional customer service understanding and orientation.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.

SALARY: starting at $17.78/hr. ($37,000 annualized)
