Personal Lines Account Manager / Customer Service Representative
The Bradley Insurance Group is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager/Customer Service Rep. We are hiring a Full Time or Part Time Candidate. Salary + Commissions, and benefits. Flexible Hours if necessary. Mon - Thurs 8 am-5 pm, Fri 8 am-4:30 pm.Responsibilities
Manage client relationships and provide customer service
Ability to handle New and renewal submission
Prior experience quoting, binding and issuing policies
Day to day account service including changes, billing questions, claims
Overall account management
Requirements
Property and Casualty License
3 years Personal lines account management
Proven customer service skills
Epic software experience preferred
