HR Intern * G amp; A * Chicago If you are interested in a career in human resources, Brads Deals is seeking a current HR student or graduate to fill a developmental/support role within our Chicagoland HR function for fall 2018, 3-4 days per week. Reporting to the VP, Human Resources Manager you will gain a comprehensive view of the role of HR, supporting our corporate office with recruiting activities and various other projects. Job Responsibilities * Help us with recruiting and be accountable for recruiting your own roles. * Be the main coordinator for once monthly internal events * Help manage the behavioral assessment tool * Get the chance to submit payroll * Be on the planning team for employee engagement assessments * Help coordinate the performance management process for year-end reviews * Coordinate the the Health Benefits annual review and implementation * Support our internal Women Tech incubator Desired Skills and Experience * Pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources or related field * Able to easily create polished WORD, Excel and PowerPoint documents with a familiarity with Google Drive. * Strong communication skills diplomatic and friendly
