    Overview

    Bradshaw Home, manufacturer of brands Good Cook and Casabella, is at an exciting juncture of growing our e-commerce retailer business. We are seeking a data-driven and strategic thinker to join our team as an eCommerce Data Analyst. In this dynamic role, you'll be a key player in leveraging the power of data to optimize our e-commerce business and fuel significant growth. You'll delve into vast datasets, uncover hidden insights, and develop cutting-edge models to personalize the customer experience, maximize conversions, and propel our e-commerce strategy forward. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing and supply chain) to implement these strategies and ensure smooth operations.     Responsibilities

    • Data Acquisition & Management:
      • Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources to ensure data quality and accessibility for analysis. These may include (but are not limited to): Retailer Sales Data (1P and 3P), Campaign Performance Data, Market Share Reports, and Forecasting Models.
      • Partner with business stakeholders to align on reporting needs and develop KPI scorecards that will help support the e-commerce team's growth goals.
      • Ensure data quality and accuracy, and troubleshoot any issues.
    • Reporting: * Create and disseminate regular business reports in a weekly, monthly and quarterly manner that help the team to better understand the business and identify opportunities to drive growth.
    • E-commerce & Sales Analysis:
      • Analyze e-commerce performance data, site metrics, marketing campaigns, and market trends to gain a comprehensive understanding of online sales performance.
      • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, revenue trends, and customer acquisition costs to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
      • Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize website elements and user experience
      • Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to improve product listings, pricing strategies, and promotions.
    • Forecasting & Trend Analysis: * Utilize statistical methods and predictive modeling to enhance accuracy in forecasting sales trends and profitability. * Analyze historical sales data and utilize forecasting techniques to predict future demand for individual products and product categories. This will help to inform inventory management and purchasing plans owned by the demand and supply planning teams. * Design and develop machine learning models to solve complex e-commerce problems, such as product recommendations, dynamic pricing, and forecasting.
    • Actionable Insights & Recommendations: * Translate data findings into actionable recommendations for improving sales performance, optimizing promotions and advertising campaigns, enhancing product content, and personalizing the customer experience. * Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and facilitate faster data-driven decision-making across the team.
    • Competitive Analysis: * Conduct competitor analysis utilizing market share tools to identify emerging trends, new product development opportunities, pricing optimizations, and industry best practices.
    • Collaboration & Communication:
      • Partner with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product, demand + supply planning) to effectively communicate data insights and collaborate on data-driven strategies for e-commerce channels.
      • Generate insightful reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
      • Regularly evaluate the performance of data analytics solutions and identify opportunities for improvement.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience). M.S. in Business Analytics a plus.
    • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce data analytics, with a strong understanding of e-commerce metrics and reporting best practices.
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Google Analytics) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
    • Experience with A/B testing methodologies to optimize website elements and user experience.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills to translate data insights into clear and actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
    • Problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
    • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and fail fast mentality.
    • Passion for e-commerce and a desire to make a tangible impact on the business.
