    Brainbase has raised $12M from top venture capital firms and works with leading brands including Sanrio, BuzzFeed, MGM and more. This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing team working on transforming an extremely outdated industry.

    We are hiring a VP of Sales to lead revenue growth across multiple products, build scalable sales processes and recruit a world-class sales team.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Successful track record of building and growing a sales team at a Series A-C stage startup in the enterprise software space
    • Experience closing 5, 6 and 7-figure ACVs with mid-market and enterprise software buyers
    • Build repeatable sales and training processes that help AEs learn sales skills, product and industry knowledge, and professional habits they need to succeed in the role
    • Train sales reps in closing complex transactions by teaching best practices in prospecting, managing and closing opportunities, and the skills needed to position Brainbase as a category leader
    • Drive market growth and lead sales with full accountability to deliver revenue
    • Manage daily and weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts and closed deals to ensure above-quota results based on successful pipeline management
    • Be able to manage relationships with the other executive team, including the CEO, CTO, Head of Product, Head of Customer Success and Board of Directors.
    • You have a plan and philosophy on how to drive revenue. Not only predicting the outcome but knowing the driver
    • Strong data analysis skills - comfortable analyzing campaign results, working in financial models
    • Great people skills. You have a track record of the recruiting, managing and retaining talented people
    • Proven ability to tactfully get in front of hard-to-reach decision-makers
    • Expert communication skills (including writing and public speaking)

    Preferred

    • Experience selling to household name brands and/or legal teams
    • Experience overseeing Customer Success execution
    • Experience with Hubspot
    • Experience with price optimization
    • Experience building strategic partnerships
