    THIS IS A FULL-TIME EMBEDDED POSITION WORKING 100% ON-SITE AT OUR CLIENT'S OFFICE IN NEW YORK.

    Brainrider is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Marketing Manager to join our client-embedded on-site team. The Marketing Manager will be working closely with the Media Partnerships Marketing Team providing marketing execution support to the Sports Vertical Partner Marketing Manager.  

    Ideally you should have sports marketing experience, industry familiarity, ability to work autonomously and skill to produce finished high-quality marketing assets that are ready for marketplace deployment. This position is fast-paced, and a working style that thrives under pressure will be a source of motivation and inspiration.

    Responsibilities will include:

    • Build value propositions and narratives for sports marketing/media audiences
    • Create speaker presentations in Keynote based on meetings with speaker and other subject matter experts
    • Create one-page content PDFs, Keynote decks, and other SPM enablement materials
    • Create event marketing assets such as invitations, pre and post surveys, content plans and schedules
    • Incorporate and communicate information in clear, concise ways to a non-technical audience
    • Ability to speak with partner managers and/or external partners and assist with special team projects as needed
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

     

    • Understanding of the sports industry and sports publisher ecosystem on Facebook and Instagram
    • Ability to take feedback and adjust marketing materials executions for different audiences
    • Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects simultaneously
    • Strong active listening skills, with ability to take well organized notes and identify action items for follow up
    • Presentation design and visual storytelling
    • Sports marketing industry/media/advertising experience (monetizing content)
    • Ability to work autonomously 
    • Good eye for design and layout
    • Ability to produce marketing materials without design/creative support
    • Expert level ability in Keynote, PowerPoint and MS Office
    • Design skills using Photoshop and/or Illustrator a plus

     

    Additional Information

    This is a full-time position working 100% on-site at our client's office in New York
