    JOB PURPOSE:  Lucid Audio is a leader in the consumer electronics and hearing health industries based in Dallas/Fort Worth. Lucid Audio is the parent company to eight growing and established brands including Westone Audio, Etymotic, and Lucid Wellness.  We are hiring an experienced Social Media Marketing Coordinator to help us to expand our social media and ecommerce presence.     The Social Media Marketing Coordinator is responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the company's Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and increase sales. The Social Media Marketing Coordinator will also manage the Paid Media Schedules and coordinate with the Customer Experience Team in responding to and initiating contact with social followers.

    The employee will work with members of the marketing department, sales, sales support and others to ensure continuity in the company’s marketing message. This role adheres to and promotes The Lucid brand by performing respective duties in a manner that supports and contributes to the achievement of the organization’s goals, development of brand awareness and online reputation.

    SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: __

    • Lead and develop action plans to achieve and measure social media success across the organization
    • Manage social media pages, schedule posts, publish social captions, and analyze post performance  
    • Grow engagement and promotional campaign performance; increase overall reach and audience
    • Define and create social media KPIs for the department; measure social media campaign success
    • Utilize Google AdWords, Facebook advertising, and other applicable targeted marketing programs
    • Continuous knowledge of latest social media best practices and technologies
    • Establish relationships/networks with industry professionals and influencers on social media
    • Collaborate with designers/internal teams in determining layout, design and content that is informative and appealing
    • Support cross-functional areas as needed to include Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
    • Train Associates on how to use social media effectively that supporst the organization’s marketing strategies
    • Suggest new methods to optimize content and attract prospective customers
    • Performs other related duties and assignments as required

    SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Experience in creating brand awareness via social media
    • Working knowledge of graphic design and video/picture editing software such as Adobe Suite
    • Proficient in writing, publishing and managing content development
    • Exceptional knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media platforms
    • Experience with Press Releases, Affiliate Marketing, Media content execution/implementation
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in Digital Marketing with an emphasis on Social Marketing
    • Strong writing skills with the ability to produce error-free communications and other materials as required
    • Familiarity with web design and publishing
    • Advanced editing and proofreading skills are essential.
    • Good understanding of social media KPIs
    • Proficiency with both a PC and Mac
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong internal customer service focus
    • Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, deadline-driven environment
    • Ability to take initiative, work with a sense of urgency and set priorities with minimal direct supervision

    EDUCATION, CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

    • 4-year degree in advertising, graphic design, marketing or related discipline required
