    Job Description

    Brainrider is looking for an experienced PROJECT MANAGER to join our dedicated client team, working as part of an in-house creative agency team at one of the world's most well-known online grocery delivery services.

    As a Project Manager working with the creative team, you will lead the end-to-end deployment of a variety of creative deliverables that support our clients’ creative programs and initiatives. #TEAMWORK

You thrive in a highly collaborative, cross-functional partner environment and are known for never letting anything slip through the cracks.     PROJECT MANAGERS AT BRAINRIDER, work in close collaboration with the Resource Team to bring better transparency and visibility into all projects.  You should be able to determine key project plans that enable clients, managers and project owners to have a clear understanding of deliverables and client expectations. You lead with empathy and have a knack for motivating project teams to do their best work. #ACCOUNTABILITY

    WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    • Develop strong, collaborative and mutually beneficial relationships with clients
    • Direct all aspects of multiple complex projects throughout their life cycle
    • Oversee multiple client engagements that may span different project teams
    • Escalate issues to senior management with an emphasis on solutions; be proactive in bringing immediate resolution to issues
    • Generate and manage project plans, estimates and schedules for current projects and selected new business efforts
    • Develop project methodology and scope effort to fit within budget and schedule
    • Identify resource needs; secure and manage resources across projects
    • Simultaneously manage internal team, vendors and client relationships
    • Identify, vet and hire freelancers and vendors necessary for project execution in partnership with others
    • Contribute strategic vision and have ownership in the quality of the final product
    • Ensure that all deliverables meet the clients’ expectations 
    • Participate and spearhead project kickoffs; define project plan, budget and details of scope
    • Safeguard our clients' intellectual property; partner with operations to establish infrastructure requirements and to enforce security policies specific to needs of each client
    • Track and report financial health of all projects on weekly basis in Brainrider Project Management tools
  • Qualifications

    WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

    • 5+ years full-time Project Management experience in a fast-paced creative environment
    • Adept at identifying and driving initiatives forward 
    • Foster an ability to be communicative, flexible and precise under tight deadlines 
    • High comfort level facilitating meetings to drive progress against goals and objectives
    • Experience with report preparation and presentation, including deep understanding of data and insights and the most effective way to present the value of that information to different teams
    • Experience with using MS Office, Google Suite and project management tools (Trello, Wrike, Asana, etc.)
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • Budget management experience 
    • Have strong organizational skills and an attention to detail
