    WHAT YOU’LL DO 

    Joining a newly created team, you’ll work closely with Media Partnerships and provide operational support to the Strategic Communities Program as you:

    • Facilitate communication and reworking schedules to meet deadlines

    • Review, evaluate and advise a path forward for project proposals

    • Operate as the liaison between internal leads to coordinate projects and work-streams

    • Prioritize competing needs with good reasoning and creative solutions

    • Work autonomously, with strong project management skills to plan, track and launch initiatives

    • Liaise with multiple teams (Education, Social Impact, Marketing, Communications, Legal, Policy, etc.) and be able to communicate with all levels

    • Identify obstacles and pitfalls, and ensure everyone is on the same page

    WHAT YOU’LL BRING

    • Previous experience working in a fast-paced company that has equipped you to manage a pipeline of initiatives and plug into consolidation of efforts

    • Demonstrated project management skills, including stakeholder management and engagement

    • Proven ability to coordinate and facilitate efficient partnerships between vendors, agencies, and internal teams

    • Advanced level Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

    • Strong verbal and written communication

    • Hyper organized approached with exceptional attention to detail 

    • High level of motivation to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced environment 

    • Deep passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion within the media industry
