    Job Description

    Brainrider is looking for an empathetic leader and manager with exceptional relationship-building ability to join our Creative Services Team, managing both the day-to-day client relationships and embedded creative services team members we have working inside one or more of our clients. 

    We need someone who is passionate about facilitating the success of both clients and team members by bridging the relationships and communication between both sets of stakeholders, ensuring that client needs are being met, team members are feeling respected and valued, and the Brainrider vendor relationship is healthy.

    This role requires a high level of proficiency in active listening, empathetic relationship-building, trusted advisor skills, team management experience, and a deep understanding of the projects and skill sets that make up marketing and creative execution/studio teams in large and enterprise companies.

    You care deeply and equally about client AND employee satisfaction, and understand the value of balancing the two.

    You will make the biggest impact by stewarding our values and cultivating meaningful client relationships serviced by happy, motivated embedded creative team members. 

    In this role, you are the face and primary point of contact for all day-to-day client and employee contacts, so you have the ability to shape the experience of clients and Brainrider employees at all levels of the organization.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Build and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with day-to-day client managers and budget owners. Advocate for their needs with Brainrider team members and functional stakeholders.
    • Build and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with embedded team members assigned to your client(s). Advocate for their needs with client contacts and Brainrider functional stakeholders.
    • Listen actively for opportunities to create value for client contacts, team members, and other Brainrider functional stakeholders.
    • Proactively identify potential problems and pain points for client contacts, team members, and other Brainrider functional stakeholders.
    • Take primary accountability for gathering the necessary people and resources to leverage opportunities and solve problems.
    • Seek out new client relationships, unmet needs, and business opportunities.
    • Gather requirements for new client resourcing needs and work with Client Services to develop flexible resourcing solutions.
    • Measure, track, and nurture client satisfaction.
    • Measure, track, and nurture team satisfaction.
    • Facilitate performance-related communication between client resource managers and team members.
    • Develop a thorough understanding of the B2B/digital marketing landscape and how it is affecting our clients’ businesses

    NO RELOCATION OR SPONSORSHIP OFFERED. THIS IS A FULL-TIME POSITION BASED IN THE WESTERN U.S. WITH PRIMARY AREAS OF FOCUS AND PRESENCE IN THE SF BAY AREA, SEATTLE, LA AND POSSIBLY NYC.

    DUE TO COVID-19 GUIDELINES THIS ROLE IS TEMPORARILY 100% REMOTE.
