Job Description

We are now looking for a skilled Designer who is organized, motivated and ready to join our fast-paced in-house client team supporting a technology-driven e-commerce site for retailer and customers.

You'll have the ability to hit the ground running, and quickly execute and enhance the brand atheistic and positioning of clients. You are a professional and understand the value you bring to the team; BEAUTIFUL DESIGN EXECUTION.

You will have a heavy focus on digital marketing design including: email template designs, digital banners and animated gifs. You understand the power of iterating on designs to gain efficiencies and are able to do so with flexibility and high-speed execution.  The ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced environment motivates and inspires you.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Rapidly iterate on design solutions 
• Set-up and optimize campaigns across channels potentially including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, etc.
• Work with our partner agency to transition campaigns in-house
• Work with the creative team to develop innovative and high-performing assets across all devices and formats
• Build static assets as required
• Build animated assets and gifs as required
• Ability to build and refine design work for social advertising channels

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• Creative Design industry experience
• Ability to collaborate and execute against a creative brief
• Properly hand off design work and assets to development team
• Previous experience at a technology company or digital marketing agency
• Proven experience with CRM and email marketing design 
• Ability to produce quality design assets
• Proficient with Sketch, Invision, Abstract, and knowledgeable about HTML, CSS.
• Portfolio showcasing examples of design work, preferably Growth related
