ABOUT THE ROLE
As Head of Growth Marketing, you will develop our target freelance talent personas and design marketing strategies to bring them onto the Braintrust platform. You will be responsible for establishing, tracking, optimizing, and accelerating the growth of our freelance talent pool via remarkable marketing tactics. You will utilize our competitive advantages - our community and unique incentive system, the BTRUST token - to develop acquisition campaigns, drive the tactical execution, analyze the results and use the data to optimize future campaigns.

YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Own the organic and paid, online and offline full-funnel acquisition strategies for talent
Build the roadmap for new growth marketing tactics that can expand our acquisition channels
Define and continuously update talent audience segments based on customer demand
Create compelling and unconventional campaigns that will resonate with our target audience
Define a budget, forecast results and course correct with optimizations along the way
Develop a testing strategy, execute low budget tests to determine efficacy of these channels and messages, report on findings and iterate quickly
Build reporting dashboards, analyze results with clear takeaways and recommend improvements to our strategy
Partner cross-functionally across Marketing, Community, Product and Talent Operations on all talent growth initiatives
OUR REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of growth marketing experience
Experience and comfort working in a fully distributed, start-up team environment
Proficient in using Hubspot, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Tableau and other core tools of the growth marketing tech stack
Experience working with paid channels Google AdWords, Google Display Network, LinkedIn, Facebook and knowledge of SEO best practices
Analytical skills, with an understanding and ability to report on attribution, CAC, and LTV
Track record of growing a brand and community
Strong prioritization, with the ability to scope impact, assign timelines and rank projects based on business needs
Entrepreneurial spirit, intellectualism, supportiveness and a bias toward “yes”
