Brothers Inspections is seeking an experienced licensed Branch 3 termite inspector with a minimum of 3 years of experience performing real estate transaction inspections.

Company Info: *Our office is based in Livermore and we service a 30 mile radius from here. We go south to Fremont, west to Oakland, north to Concord, Richmond and Discovery Bay. Normal work hours of 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Overtime is available as well. We pride ourselves on working together as a team. We also offer general contracting services and general pest control services. Opportunity to get additional licenses and learn new skills.

Pay Scale: *$28.00 - $35.00 per hour, based on experience *3% commission on sold jobs *$1,000 bonus for making $500,000.00 in sales for the year. Additional $1,000.00 bonus for each $100,000.00 sold over $500.000.00.
