Customer Service Associate - Logistics Client located in the east side of Houston. Looking for Bilingual Logistics Customer Service Representative with the following experience. Responsibilities: • Provide customer support by responding to customer inquiries via phone and email • Understand customer needs and identifying sales opportunities • Work closely with our operations and customer service department with high level of detail on customer needs • Follow through with the entirety of a job -- from generating a quote to ensuring the job is packed and delivered successfully • Data entry of and fulfilling customer documentation requests • Gain familiarity with our standards to ensure you're giving our clients what they need (or don't need in some instances) • Answering customers' questions and sending additional information per email • Providing customer with all documentation needed for their shipments Requirements and skills: • Proven inside sales/customer service experience • Strong phone presence and experience receiving dozens of calls per day • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • Logistics experience required • Have a baseline of competent computer skills (Microsoft programs are a must) Experience: • Customer service: 3 years (Preferred) • Logistics: 3 years (Required)
