This is a critical leadership role for an operations-focused leader ready to consolidate and scale a $10M branch, lead a team of 70+, and drive strategic growth across both snow and landscape services in one of the fastest-growing markets in the country.

This is a rare opportunity to take the reins of a $10M+ landscape branch that already has massive accounts, seasoned internal talent, and aggressive growth targets. You’ll step into a strong book of snow and green business with a high-performing team, and lead the charge to double the green side.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the strategic and operational leader for a branch with over 70 employees
• Manage large-scale green and snow portfolios (current split: 60% snow / 40% green)
• Oversee production teams, subcontractors, account managers, and operations staff
• Lead strategic growth with key accounts like Micron, Idaho Power, and new facility expansions
• Drive margin improvement, operational consistency, and team accountability
• Collaborate closely with HR, admin, and estimating functions
• Build scalable systems across both snow and landscape divisions
• Represent the company in client meetings, vendor negotiations, and community partnerships

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in branch management or senior operations leadership in landscaping or facilities
• Deep experience in both snow and green operations, including subcontractor management
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of team development and retention
• Proven success managing large commercial accounts and multi-site contracts
• Comfortable stepping into both strategic planning and day-to-day problem-solving
• Background with national or regional firms preferred (e.g., BrightView, Heartland, Cutting Edge)

• Based in or willing to relocate to the Nampa/Boise area (relocation support may be available)

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary: $130,000–$145,000
• Performance bonuses based on branch growth and profitability
