Responsibilities:
• Own day-to-day branch operations and drive profitability
• Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing leadership and coaching
• Maintain and grow key account relationships
• Be the ultimate decision-maker for customer service and operational issues
• Ensure consistent and even-keeled handling of customer and team challenges

Requirements:
• 5+ years of management experience, preferably in construction, remodel, or related industries
• Proven ability to lead operations, people, and profitability
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to maintain calm under pressure
• Experience building and maintaining account relationships at the executive level
