    Location: HQ is in Bothell, WA Pay Range: $90,000 - $95,000 annually + 15% Annual Bonus DOE

We are looking for a hands-on, growth-minded leader to join our team as a Branch Manager.     What You’ll Do:

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Directly manage Service Managers and, through them, oversee Field Technicians.

    Monitoring and changing routes as needed.

    Vetting your team’s schedule to set them up for efficient and successful days.

    Holding technicians accountable to company process, procedure, and quality standards with QA checks, training, and performance evaluations.

    Fostering and developing problem solving within your team.

    Suggesting changes as needed with management and leadership team.

    Overseeing and ensuring that production goals are met on a monthly basis.

    Leading department meetings on a weekly basis.

    Hiring and training new team members.

    Communicating clearly and effectively with your technicians and customers.

    Perform other duties as assigned.

    What You Bring:

    4+ years of experience managing a portfolio of business with Profit & Loss ownership and/or leading a team.

    Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent professional experience.

    Strong customer service and communication skills, including in-person, written, and presentation delivery.

    Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, coach, and motivate team members.

    Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

    Proven problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

    Valid driver’s license.

    Ability to collaborate effectively across all departments and levels of the organization.

    Strategic leadership approach with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
