Branch Manager – Home Care (Falls Church, VA)

BG Healthcare Service is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to oversee and grow our Falls Church, VA operations!

The Branch Manager will lead day-to-day office functions, supervise staff, drive operational excellence, and collaborate with our marketing and clinical teams to ensure an exceptional experience for both clients and caregivers. We're looking for a strong, organized leader passionate about making a difference in the community.

Responsibilities include:

Leading daily office operations and compliance efforts

Supervising staff performance, recruitment, and onboarding

Driving referral growth and building community relationships

Supporting financial health and contributing to budget goals

Promoting a culture of communication, quality, and accountability

What We’re Looking For:

Prior home care, healthcare operations, or healthcare office management experience

Strong understanding of Medicaid, MCOs, and community-based services

Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Experience with EMR systems and Microsoft Office preferred
