    Position: Branch Manager

    Reports To: Chief Operating Officer

    Overview: As the Branch Manager for LSM Outdoor Power, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch to ensure the achievement of sales goals, exceptional customer service, and efficient management of resources. You will lead a team of sales and service professionals, drive business growth, and ensure the branch operates smoothly in alignment with company objectives.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Manage day-to-day operations of the branch, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and administrative functions.

    Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective branch performance.

    Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

    Set and monitor sales targets for the branch, providing guidance and support to the sales team to achieve goals.

    Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth, including marketing initiatives, promotions, and customer outreach.

    Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and adjust strategies accordingly.

    Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by overseeing the resolution of customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues.

    Implement customer service standards and practices to provide an exceptional experience for all customers.

    Foster a customer-focused culture within the branch and ensure that all team members adhere to service standards.

    Recruit, train, and develop branch staff, including sales associates, service technicians, and administrative personnel.

    Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement development plans to enhance team performance.

    Motivate and inspire the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.

    Assist with branch financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.

    Monitor and manage inventory levels to optimize stock and minimize losses.

    Prepare and review financial reports, including sales performance, profitability, and operational costs.

    Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, suppliers, and community organizations.

    Represent the branch at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions.

    Report branch performance metrics and key business insights to the Executive Team.

    Communicate effectively with Executive Team and other branches to ensure alignment with company goals and initiatives.

    Required Skills, Education & Experience:

    High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree (Preferred); relevant experience may substitute for formal education.

    Minimum of 5 years of management experience, preferably in the outdoor power equipment industry or a related retail environment.

    Strong leadership and team management abilities.

    Proven sales and business development skills.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.

    Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

    Familiarity with outdoor power equipment products and industry standards is preferred.

    Proficiency in using business management software, including C systems and inventory management tools.
