Job Summary

Are you a resourceful multitasker who enjoys solving problems, staying hands-on, and keeping things running smoothly? We’re hiring a Location Manager in Dania Beach, FL — a dynamic role that involves everything from shipping and inventory to customer service and operational oversight. You’ll be the go-to person on site, ensuring day-to-day operations are efficient, customers are satisfied, and the team works together effectively. We’re an engine parts wholesale distributor with seven locations nationwide. In this role, you’ll also work closely with colleagues across our branches to coordinate orders, share inventory, and keep things running smoothly across the company.

Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day activities of the branch

Conduct performance reviews and disciplinary actions, as needed

Interview and hire new staff

Work closely with clients to strengthen relationships and solve both simple and complex problems as they arise

Create a strong, positive work environment to retain staff

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to run a branch or lead a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The ability to multitask, and shift priorities as needed

Familiarity with basic computer programs, such as Microsoft Office suite
