Branch Manager | Industrial Services

We’re hiring a Branch Manager to lead operations for a high-impact industrial services location supporting petrochemical and heavy industrial customers. This role owns P&L performance, safety, execution, and team leadership for the branch and operates as the on-site general manager.

What You’ll Do

• Own branch P&L, budgets, forecasting, and profitability
• Lead safe, efficient day-to-day operations and turnaround support
• Build, develop, and lead high-performing operations teams
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and customer standards
• Partner with sales to support growth and strengthen customer relationships
• Manage assets, inventory, and equipment utilization

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of leadership experience in industrial services, petrochemical, or safety-focused environments
• Proven experience managing operations, people, and financial performance
• Turnaround and high-intensity industrial operations experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen
• Willingness to travel as needed
