Position Overview

We seek a driven Branch Manager to take full ownership of total branch operations and drive performance across the board. This includes improving inventory accuracy, tightening up will call load times, increasing order picking efficiency, and developing the team across sales, service, and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient and effective running of total branch operations and performance

• Lead and own the customer experience from beginning to end (i.e. sales counter, order accuracy, order picking, warehouse operations, delivery) ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

• Drive internal revenue through the leadership of department managers, operational excellence and high level customer service.

• Lead, coach and develop the department management team (Assistant Branch Manager, Showroom, Logistics, Warehouse, and Operations) to drive revenue growth and expand revenue streams in their departments.

• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers

• Comprehend customer needs and provide expert advice on concrete and construction supply materials and solutions.

• Oversee, manage and improve each step of the customer experience to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction (i.e. from when the customer enters to when they leave with their product(s).

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable and experienced in the concrete and broader construction supply industries

• 3+ years of B2B concrete and construction supply distribution experience

• A proven track record of success in B2B distribution sales, especially with "brick and mortar" retail sales

• Possess hands on experience leading sales and operational teams

• Experience being fully responsible for and owning branch performance and operations.

• Experience selling to customers through the sales counter and show room
