Position: Branch Manager
Role Overview
The Branch Manager will lead Monroe Restoration’s Elkhart, IN branch, with full accountability for revenue growth, profitability, operational efficiency, and team performance. This leader must balance immediate operational demands with long-term growth goals while fully embracing Monroe’s EOS-driven culture and core values. The role requires someone who is coachable, decisive under pressure, and committed to building strong relationships—with both the internal team and external partners.
Performance Objectives
Within 90 Days (Learn, Assess, Integrate):
- Build trust with team, vendors, and clients.
- Deliver a full assessment of branch strengths, gaps, and opportunities.
- Lead through at least one major project or operational challenge.
- Ensure no disruption to branch performance during transition.
Within 180 Days (Stabilize, Improve, Lead):
- Implement EOS-based processes, accountability structures, and scorecards.
- Improve job costing accuracy and reduce operational slippage.
- Strengthen referral partner and carrier relationships.
- Demonstrate measurable improvements in KPIs (revenue, margin, job completion).
Within 365 Days (Grow, Optimize, Deliver):
- Achieve or exceed annual branch revenue and profitability goals.
- Embed EOS fully into branch rhythm (Level 10s, scorecards, Rocks).
- Mentor and develop high-potential team members for succession planning.
- Expand market share and strengthen Monroe’s reputation as a top-tier provider.
Key Measures of Success
- Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed branch annual revenue targets as they relate to the $5 million 3-year picture.
- Gross Margin Performance: Maintain or improve 50% gross margin year-over-year.
- Operational Efficiency: 10% reduction in project cycle time; ≥90% on-time completion.
- Customer Satisfaction: ≥90% CSAT/NPS; complaints resolved in 24–48 hrs.
- Employee Retention & Engagement: ≤15% turnover; ≥85% engagement.

Must-Have Qualifications
- 3–5+ years in management or supervisory leadership (restoration, construction, or related service industry).
- Proven experience managing P&L, KPIs, and operational performance.
- Track record of building customer, carrier, and vendor relationships.
- Familiarity with restoration/reconstruction workflows and insurance claim processes.
- Ability to lead under pressure during high-stakes restoration events.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational systems (Xactimate, Encircle, PSA, or similar).

Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT, OCT, etc.).
- Experience leading multi-branch or cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with EOS tools (Level 10s, Rocks, Scorecards).
- Existing relationships with insurance carriers, adjusters, or property managers.
- Demonstrated success growing market share in competitive environments.
