Key Responsibilities:
Directly lead 2 Area Managers and a team of plumbers within the designated region, along with Supervisors who manage a subset of plumbing service technicians.
Hold direct responsibility for the profit and loss (P&L) and balance sheet optimization of your region.
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, expand market share, and achieve financial objectives.
Collaborate closely with the leadership team to ensure the correct staffing balance in your region.
Identify and establish new residential service opportunities, including relationships with realtors, warranty companies, and other key stakeholders.
Understand sales criteria and hold your team accountable for consistently exceeding revenue goals.
Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure the overall success and smooth operation of the business.
Monitor the performance of field technicians and provide targeted advice and coaching to facilitate continuous improvement.
Efficiently manage team schedules to meet ongoing customer demand and adapt to seasonal fluctuations.
Champion a customer-centric approach throughout the branch and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Adhere to and uphold full compliance with all applicable regulations, industry standards, and safety protocols.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of demonstrated experience in a leadership role, preferably within the home service industry.
Prior experience in the residential services and plumbing trades is required.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial and operational data into actionable strategic insights.
Strong project management skills, including the proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and successfully get new initiatives off the ground.
A capable leader with the ability to build and inspire a winning team.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, customers, and stakeholders.
Proficient in using technology and software systems to drive operational efficiencies; knowledge of ServiceTitan is a plus.
A strong customer service focus, prioritizing both employees and partners, coupled with an excellent ability to communicate and develop relationships.
Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, highly organized, and able to act quickly while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
Holds oneself to a higher standard and consistently exhibits a high level of integrity.
