Summary: Branch Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the branch, ensuring all operational functions are completely and properly performed by branch staff.
Duties:
Oversee teller staff and operations
Assist on the teller line with customer transactions
Perform account opening for customers
Maintain proper teller and vault cash levels, including ordering coin and currency
Maintain adequate supplies at branch
Ensure proper branch staffing
Ensure dual control procedures are followed at all times
Audit teller drawers
Maintain and test alarms and other security devices
Meet with staff regarding branch security and safety issues
Prepare teller performance appraisals and disciplinary action as needed
Responsible for maintaining exceptional customer service standards and other duties as assigned
