    Role Overview:

    The Branch Sales Leader will lead branch operations with a strong emphasis on business development and client relationship management. This is a sales-driven, player-coach position for an ambitious staffing professional who wants to step into leadership. Youll generate new business, grow accounts, and coach a team of recruiters while still driving your own book of business.

    Core Responsibilities:

    1. Drive new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and client visits.
    2. Grow existing accounts by introducing additional staffing solutions.
    3. Act as a player-coach: lead a small recruiter team while managing your own client portfolio.
    4. Oversee recruiting operations for temp and temp-to-hire placements.
    5. Deliver on individual and branch sales goals.
    6. Track competitor moves and market trends.

    Required Background:

    1. Minimum 4 years of proven outside B2B sales experience (industrial, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or facility services strongly preferred).
    2. Demonstrated success in new business development and meeting or exceeding revenue quotas.
    3. Strong prospecting and territory management discipline.
    4. Experience selling to plant, HR, or operations leaders is a major plus.
    5. Self-motivated and competitive; thrives in a performance-driven culture.
    6. Leadership ability and comfort managing a small team.
    7. Local candidates only – based in or near: Lovejoy, Stonecrest, McDonough, Jonesboro, or anywhere south of Stone Mountain or downtown Atlanta.

    1. Base salary $70K plus uncapped commission potential (six-figure earnings achievable in the second year).
