Job Responsibilities:

• Work to schedule service jobs for technicians
• Answer incoming calls and emails to the branch
• Handle shipping and receiving tasks
• Support outside sales and assist with any leads on perspective customers
• Keep accurate inventory counts

Job Requirements

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Must be a self-starter
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges
• Ability to work independently majority of the time to start out in this role is crucial
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Prior experience with ERP systems a plus
• Industrial/industrial setting experience a plus
• High School Diploma or GED
