    Position Summary

    4 State Home is seeking enthusiastic, outgoing, and motivated Brand Ambassadors to represent our bathroom remodeling company at home shows, fairs, festivals, community events, retail locations, and other promotional venues. The Brand Ambassador serves as the face of our company, engaging with homeowners, generating interest in our products and services, and scheduling free in-home consultations for our sales team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Represent 4 State Home in a professional and positive manner at all events and promotional locations.
    • Engage with homeowners and event attendees to create awareness of our bathroom remodeling services.
    • Educate potential customers about our products, promotions, and company offerings.
    • Generate qualified leads by collecting customer information and scheduling appointments.
    • Set up and maintain event displays and promotional materials.
    • Track leads and event performance accurately.
    • Work collaboratively with event coordinators, marketing staff, and sales teams.
    • Maintain a high level of energy and professionalism throughout events.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality.
    • Comfortable approaching and engaging with strangers.
    • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to events.
    • Ability to stand for extended periods during events.
    • Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
    • Previous experience in customer service, retail, promotions, marketing, events, or sales is preferred but not required.

    Physical Requirements

    • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
    • Ability to lift and transport promotional materials up to 25 pounds.
    • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
