About Us
We are Kitchen Tune-Up Houston a local remodeling company serving the Greater Houston Metro area. We combine design expertise, professional project management, and white-glove service to deliver beautiful, functional spaces our clients love. We have two boutique showrooms: One in Richmond, TX and the other in the Galleria.
The Role
We’re hiring an outgoing, reliable Brand Ambassador to be the friendly face of our company—online and in the community. You’ll spark conversations, create buzz, and turn interest into booked consultations by representing our brand at events, showrooms, and across local digital channels.
What You’ll Do
Promote & Engage: Represent our brand at community events, home shows, networking groups, and partner locations; confidently explain our remodeling services and value.
Generate Qualified Leads: Start conversations, capture contact info, schedule in-home/showroom/virtual consultations, and hand off cleanly to our sales team.
Local Content & Reviews: Help update and post to Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile with neighborhood-relevant content (before/afters, client stories, event recaps); encourage and guide satisfied clients to leave 5-star Google reviews.
Brand Visibility: Distribute materials, set up eye-catching event tables, maintain a professional appearance, and ensure signage and displays look great.
Community & Partnerships: Build relationships with HOA leaders, realtors, designers, and local businesses to create referral opportunities.
Reporting & Follow-Up: Track conversations, leads, and appointments; log activity and outcomes; follow up promptly.
What Success Looks Like (KPIs)
Weekly and monthly goals for:
New leads captured
Booked consultations
Event activations completed
Social posts/Google updates published
New 5-star Google reviews sourced
Professional, accurate handoff of lead details to sales
You Are
A people-person who’s upbeat, persuasive, and comfortable starting conversations with homeowners
Organized and dependable; you follow through and document details
Social-media savvy (Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile)
Presentable and professional with excellent verbal communication
Able to work some evenings/weekends for events and pop-ups
Bonus: Experience in home services, remodeling, design, retail events, or hospitality
Requirements
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (local travel within Greater Houston)
Ability to lift up to ~25 lbs for event setup (banners, samples, brochures)
Comfortable using a smartphone/tablet for lead capture and scheduling
Authorization to work in the U.S.
