Mammoth Distribution is looking for a Brand Ambassador/Field Representative to build retail relationships and ensures optimal product placement for our brands in New Jersey. This role focuses on merchandising, inventory management, and executing promotions to maximize visibility and sales. Serving as the face of the brand, the Mammoth Field Representative provides experiential product educations, in-store activations, and ensures consistent brand standards across retail accounts.

Key Indicators of Success
In-Store Visits: Completes a consistent cadence of in-store visits, as determined by market needs and manager guidance, to maintain strong retail engagement.
Demos: Executes in-store product demonstrations to drive consumer awareness, trial, and sales lift, with frequency set by the manager based on market opportunity.
New Leads and Account Onboarding: Prioritizes timely outreach to new retail leads and supports early-stage relationship-building and onboarding in alignment with sales strategy.
Account Coverage: Maintains a regular rotation of visits across assigned accounts to strengthen relationships and address ongoing needs.
Visual Merchandising Compliance: Delivers merchandising excellence and achieves full compliance with brand standards by uploading photo documentation in Repsly.
Out-of-Stock (OOS) Rate: Proactively identifies and addresses out-of-stock risks by monitoring inventory levels and using tools like Headset and LitAlerts to inform replenishment efforts.
Brand Education: Supports retail sell-through by conducting budtender training sessions focused on product features, benefits, and key selling points.
